Shipping policy

Orders ship within 5 business days, I try my best to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. But please note sometimes orders fall a day or two behind due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances. I maintain the right to alter ship times should these events occur. 
In the event this does occur I will notify you immediately.

As of updates on orders, you will only receive a notification for your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 

SANEECE RENEY CO. is not responsible for any packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once orders are confirmed that they were delivered by the carrier, that is no longer in our control. Please ensure you have reviewed your shipping address, phone number, email, and name before placing orders.
